Reactive with lipoteichoic acid (LTA) of many gram positive bacteria. Cross-reacts with Listeriamonocytogenes (all serotypes), Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcusepidermidis, Enterococcus faecium, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis and group B Streptococcus (weak).Does not react with Clostridium perfringens.
