Background

The protein encoded by this gene is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of guanine, producing xanthine and ammonia. It is also known as a cytosolic regulator of PSD-95 postsynaptic targeting. [provided by RefSeq]

KO/KD

Wild-type (WT) and Guanine deaminase knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Guanine deaminase antibody (GTX115264) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
