HELIOS antibody

Jurkat whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HELIOS antibody (GTX115630) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

IKZF2 antibody detects IKZF2 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min.
Green: IKZF2 protein stained by IKZF2 antibody (GTX115630) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

HELIOS antibody detects HELIOS protein at nucleus on mouse prostate by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse prostate.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
