Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HIF1 alpha antibody [HL3011] (GTX640424) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) NIH-3T3 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HIF1 alpha antibody [HL3011] (GTX640424) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
