HIV1 gp120 antibody [GT46]

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed, full-length HIV1 gp120 protein, His tag (GTX139464-pro). Coated protein was probed with HIV1 gp120 antibodies (1 μg/mL) below. Goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213111-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.

2. HIV1 gp120 antibody [GT46] (GTX641331)

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HIV1 gp120 antibody [GT46] (GTX641331) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
