Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung adenocarcinoma, using HLA-DRB1(GTX104919) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HLA-DRB1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX104919) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

HLA-DRB1 antibody [N1C3] detects HLA-DRB1 protein at cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raji cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: HLA-DRB1 stained by HLA-DRB1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX104919) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
