HRP Antibody Labeling Kit

GeneTex's Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Antibody Labeling Kit enables efficient covalent labeling of HRP to antibodies through primary amine groups. The labeling workflow is rapid and straightforward, yielding HRP-antibody conjugates with high sensitivity in downstream applications such as western blotting and ELISA.

 

Antibody Requirements for Conjugation :

 

1. Purified antibody

2. Antibody concentration 0.5-2.0 mg/ml

3. pH 7.2 – 7.5

 

Acceptable Buffer Components :

 

≤0.1% BSA ≤20% Glycerol ≤0.1% Sodium Azide ≤0.05% ProClin™ 300 ≤0.01% Thimerosal PBS

 

Unacceptable Buffer Components :

 

Tris Glycine β-mercaptoethanol DTT

 

The HRP Antibody Labeling Kit is available in two packing sizes. The 1 x 100 μg package contains one vial of HRP labeling reagents, capable of labeling 100 μg of antibody. The 2 x 500 μg package contains two vials of HRP labeling reagents, each capable of labeling 500 μg of antibody.
