HSV tag antibody [GT223]

Hsv Tag antibody [GT223] detects Hsv Tag protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Hsv Tag stained by Hsv Tag antibody [GT223] (GTX629073) diluted at 1:2000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar= 10μm.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HSV tag antibody [GT223] (GTX629073) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
