Manual staining : Heat-induced antigen retrieval for 5 minutes in an autoclave at 121ºC in pH 7.8 Tris-EDTA-based Target Retrieval Solution buffer.
Not tested in other applications.

Positive Control

Gastric tissue with known helicobacter pylori infection should show a distinct staining of bacteria on the surface and/or within glands.

Negative Control

Gastric tissue: Normal epithelial and stromal cells should not stain.
