Hepatitis C virus NS2 protein antibody detects Hepatitis C virus NS2 protein by western blot analysis. Non-infected (-) and HCV JFH-1 strain-infected (+) Huh7 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Hepatitis C virus NS2 protein antibody (GTX131832) diluted at 1:1000.
