Histone H2A.2 antibody detects Histone H2A.2 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H2A.2 antibody (GTX129564) diluted at a dilution of 1:5000.
