Histone H3K4me3 (Tri-methyl Lys4) antibody

HeLa whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3K4me3 (Tri-methyl Lys4) antibody (GTX128954) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Dotblot analysis of anti-Histone H3 (tri-Methyl Lys4) antibody with peptide samples.
Varied amount of peptide samples were spotted onto positively charged nylon membrane and blotted with Histone H3 (tri-Methyl Lys4) antibody (GTX128954) 1:5000 dilution.

Whole zebrafish extract (30 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3K4me3 antibody (GTX128954) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 μg of either normal rabbit IgG or anti-Histone H3K4me3 (trimethyl Lys4) antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to GADPH gene.
