This antibody reacts with monomethylated Lysine 79 (K79me1) at high concentration. No cross reactivity with non-modified Lysine 79 (K79 ctrl), trimethylated Lysine 79 (K79me3), or other methylations in Histone H3.

The GTX60895 reacts to Histone H3 dimethylated at Lysine 79 (K79me2). Very slightly cross reactivity with monomethylated Lysine 14 (K14me1), and no cross reactivity with non-modified Lysine 79 (K79 ctrl), trimethylated Lysine 79 (K79me3), or other methylations in Histone H3.
