Histone H3S10ph (phospho Ser10) antibody

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3S10ph (phospho Ser10) antibody (GTX128116) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract treated with Nocodazole (100 ng/ml for 24 h) and 5 μg of either control rabbit IgG or anti-Histone H3S10ph (phospho Ser10) antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to GAPDH promoter.
