Human CD81 (ECD) protein, human Fc tag

GTX144106-pro Human CD81 (ECD) protein, human Fc tag was analyzed using SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie blue and captured by monochrome camera.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with HEK293 expressed, recombinant human CD81 (ECD) protein, human Fc tag (GTX144106-pro) (55.56-0.87 nM). Coated protein was probed with CD81 antibody [HL4048] (GTX642463) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
