Human Non Hodgkins Lymphoma tumor tissue lysate was prepared by homogenization in lysis buffer. Tissue and cell debris was removed by centrifugation. The tissue lysate was boiled for 5 min in 1 x SDS sample buffer containing 5% beta mercaptoethanol.This material has been tested by accepted techniques and has been found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV 1/2, and HCV.
