Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Human Parechovirus 3 VP3 antibody [HL2544] (GTX638913) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: Mock and transfected Expi293 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Human Parechovirus 3 VP3 stained by Human Parechovirus 3 VP3 antibody [HL2544] (GTX638913) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
