Recombinant human HVEM-Fc Chimera is a 376 amino acid fusion protein containing an N-terminal domain corresponding to the extracellular region of HVEM and a C-terminal domain corresponding to residues 102 to 330 of human IgG1.

APPLICATION

Application Note

Biological activity was determined by its ability to neutralize 0.25 ng/ml of hTNFB induced cytotoxicity on murine L929 cells. The expected ED₅₀ for this effect is 1.3-1.9
