Human parvovirus B19 VP1 antibody [HL5827]

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: Human parvovirus B19 VP1 antibody [HL5827] (GTX647145) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated Human parvovirus B19 VP1 antibody [HL5712] (GTX646543) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX646543 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX647145. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts (200-3.13 μg/mL). Coated protein was probed with Human parvovirus B19 VP1 antibody [HL5827] (GTX647145) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Human parvovirus B19 VP1 antibody [HL5827] (GTX647145) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
