IDH2 antibody

IDH2 antibody detects IDH2 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: IDH2 stained by IDH2 antibody (GTX133078) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IDH2 antibody (GTX133078) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
