IGF2BP2 antibody [N1N3] detects IGF2BP2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: IGF2BP2 protein stained by IGF2BP2 antibody [N1N3] (GTX113922) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IGF2BP2 antibody (GTX113922) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
