IKK epsilon antibody [N2C3]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IKK epsilon antibody [N2C3] (GTX105547) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

IKBKE antibody [N2C3] detects IKBKE protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 min.
Green: IKBKE protein stained by IKBKE antibody [N2C3] (GTX105547) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
