IL1 beta antibody

Untreated (–) and treated (+) THP-1 whole cell extracts and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IL1 beta antibody (GTX130021) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

IL1 beta antibody detects IL1 beta protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: IL1 beta stained by IL1 beta antibody (GTX130021) diluted at 1:500.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
