IL21 antibody [HL4849]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant E. coli expressed, full-length human IL21 protein (3.29-0.05 nM). Coated protein was probed with IL21 antibody [HL4849] (GTX644912) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
