Immunoprecipitation of INF2 protein from 293T whole cell extracts using 5 μg of INF2 antibody (GTX130714).
Western blot analysis was performed using INF2 antibody (GTX130714) diluted at 1:500.
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

INF2 antibody detects INF2 protein by western blot analysis. Human tissue extracts (30 μg) was separated by 5 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with INF2 antibody (GTX130714) at a dilution of 1:1000.
