IRF4 / MUM1 antibody [HL5982]

IRF4 / MUM1 antibody [HL5982] detects IRF4 / MUM1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: NCI-H929 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: IRF4 / MUM1 stained by IRF4 / MUM1 antibody [HL5982] (GTX647596) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IRF4 / MUM1 antibody [HL5982] (GTX647596) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
