ImmunoStain Blocker solution ( A non-specific blocking reagent for immunocytochemical staining procedures)

APPLICATION

Application Note

ImmunoStain blocker solution is ready to use and does not require any preparation.

Protocol Recommendations:
1. Deparaffinize slides and bring them to water.
2. If desired, block hydrogen peroxidase activity.
3. Wash tissue sections with wash buffer.
4. Apply enough drops of ImmunoStain blocker solution to cover tissue sections completely. Incubate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
5. Drain off excess of ImmunoStain blocker solution and apply primary antibody without washing slides(s).

Background

Tissue subjected to immunocytochemical techniques may require to be treated with ImmunoStain Blocker solution in order to remove undesirable non-specific background. When used as instructed, ImmunoStain Blocker solution will diminish most non-specific background. ImmunoStain Blocker solution is a nonspecific background blocking reagent for immunocytochemical staining procedures. Tissues subjected to immunocytochemical techniques may require treatment with ImmunoStain Blocker solution in order to remove undesirable nonspecific background. When used as instructed, ImmunoStain Blocker solution will diminish most nonspecific background staining.
