Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Influenza B virus Nucleoprotein (B/Sydney/3/2004), DDDDK Tag (GTX135867-pro) (64.94-1.01 nM). Coated protein was probed with Influenza B virus Nucleoprotein antibody [HL1076] (GTX636197) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.
