Background

This gene (IFNGR1) encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the gamma interferon receptor. Human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2. A genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection. In addition, defects in IFNGR1 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease, also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection. [provided by RefSeq]

KO/KD

Wild-type (WT) and Interferon gamma Receptor 1 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Interferon gamma Receptor 1 antibody (GTX103098) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Interferon gamma Receptor 1 antibody detects Interferon gamma Receptor 1 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 µg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Interferon gamma Receptor 1 antibody (GTX103098) diluted by 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
