Involucrin antibody [N1N2], N-term

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed A431, using Involucrin(GTX116012) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Involucrin antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX116012) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Involucrin antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX116012) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
