Application Note

ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Endogenous levels of KSR may be too low to be detected by WB. Immunoprecipitation prior to WB is recommended for detection of endogenous KSR. Use at a concentration of 4 μg/ml after using 10ug to immunoprecipitate KSR from 1mg of 3T3/A31 RIPA lysate. Predicted molecular weight: 120 kDa. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
