Katacalcin / Procalcitonin antibody [HL4615]

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant E. coli expressed, full-length human procalcitonin protein, recombinant full-length human calcitonin protein, and recombinant full-length human katacalcin protein (10 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with Katacalcin / Procalcitonin antibody [HL4615] (GTX644479) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant full-length human katacalcin protein (4098.36-64.06 pM). Coated protein was probed with Katacalcin / Procalcitonin antibody [HL4615] (GTX644479) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
