LAMP1 antibody detects LAMP1 protein by western blot analysis. HeLa whole cell extracts and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LAMP1 antibody (GTX130356) diluted at 1:1000.
