Background

Activates RHOA. Binds to CDKN1B and prevents interaction of CDKN1B and RHOA. This leaves RHOA in a form accessible to ARHGEF2, thereby promoting ARHGEF2-mediated exchange of GDP for GTP.

Various whole cell extracts (60 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LAMTOR1 antibody (GTX133563) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
