LYN (phospho Tyr397) antibody [HL122]

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant LYN non-phospho peptide, LYN (phospho Tyr397) peptide, Lck non-phospho peptide, Lck (phospho Tyr394) peptide, FYN non-phospho peptide, FYN (phospho Tyr420) peptide, Src non-phospho peptide, Src (phospho 419) peptide, c-Yes non-phospho peptide and c-Yes (phospho Tyr226) peptide (62.5 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with LYN (phospho Tyr397) antibody [HL122] (GTX635694) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) Raji whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LYN (phospho Tyr397) antibody [HL122] (GTX635694) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

LYN (phospho Tyr397) antibody [HL122] detects LYN (phospho Tyr397) protein in the occipital lobe of human Alzheimer's disease brain by immunohistochemical analysis.
