Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MAGEA4 antibody (GTX116357) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

MAGEA4 antibody detects MAGEA4 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A375 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: MAGEA4 protein stained by MAGEA4 antibody (GTX116357) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
