Background

Acts as a transcriptional coactivator for NOTCH proteins. Has been shown to amplify NOTCH-induced transcription of HES1. Potentiates activation by NOTCH3 and NOTCH4 more efficiently than MAML1 or MAML3.

MAML2 antibody detects MAML2 protein by western blot analysis. HeLa whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MAML2 antibody (GTX131250) diluted at 1:500.
