MAP4K4 antibody

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MAP4K4 antibody (GTX116008) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded SNU1 xenograft, using MAP4K4(GTX116008) antibody at 1:250 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

MAP4K4 antibody detects MAP4K4 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: MAP4K4 protein stained by MAP4K4 antibody (GTX116008) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

MAP4K4 antibody detects MAP4K4 protein at Golgi apparatus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: MAP4K4 stained by MAP4K4 antibody (GTX116008) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
