MC4 Receptor antibody [HL3145]

MC4 Receptor antibody [HL3145] (GTX640637) detects MC4 Receptor protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: RD and HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer.
The cells were following stained with MC4 Receptor antibody [HL3145](GTX640637) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) at 4ºC for 1 hour.
The classification of protein expression as positive or negative was primarily based on data from the Human Protein Atlas (HPA).

Unboiled non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) Expi293 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MC4 Receptor antibody [HL3145] (GTX640637) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse brain.
MC4 Receptor stained by MC4 Receptor antibody [HL3146] (GTX640637) diluted at 1:100.
