GTX31215 IHC Image

IHC analysis of colchicine injected rat brain (including the caudate putamen) tissue using MCP1 / CCL2 antibody at a concentration of 1.0 μg/ml. This was followed by a peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody and then a fluorescein Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) reagent.
