MEK1 antibody

MEK1 antibody detects MEK1 protein at cytoplasm in rat liver by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat liver.
MEK1 antibody (GTX102391) diluted at 1:500.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using MEK1(GTX102391) antibody (Green) at 1:200 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2500.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with MEK1 antibody (GTX102391) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (SC-219) diluted by 1:200.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MEK1 antibody (GTX102391) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
