MEK1 (phospho Ser217) + MEK2 (phospho Ser221) antibody [HL4054]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MEK1 (phospho Ser217) + MEK2 (phospho Ser221) antibody [HL4054] (GTX642469) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant (MAP2K1 non-phospho peptide and MAP2K1 (phospho Ser217) peptide) (62.5- ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with MEK1 (phospho Ser217) + MEK2 (phospho Ser221) antibody [HL4054] (GTX642469) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
