MEK3 antibody [N1C3] detects MEK3 protein at cytoplasm in mouse kidney by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse kidney.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MEK3 antibody [N1C3] (GTX107529) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
