MERS-CoV Spike (S1) antibody [HL4654] detects MERS-CoV Spike (S1) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: MERS-CoV Spike (S1) stained by MERS-CoV Spike (S1) antibody [HL4654] (GTX644527) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with MERS-CoV Spike (S1) antibody [HL4654] (GTX644527) diluted at 1:1000, SARS-CoV Spike (SΔ3) antibody [7G12] (GTX632603) diluted at 1:5000 and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Spike antibody (GTX135356) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
