We recommend using the capture antibody at a concentration of 5μg/mL and the detection antibody at a concentration of 1.5μg/mL. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the researcher.
Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), store at 4ºC. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
For laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
This gene encodes a lymphokine involved in cell-mediated immunity, immunoregulation, and inflammation. It plays a role in the regulation of macrophage function in host defense through the suppression of anti-inflammatory effects of glucocorticoids. This lymphokine and the JAB1 protein form a complex in the cytosol near the peripheral plasma membrane, which may indicate an additional role in integrin signaling pathways. [provided by RefSeq]
ELISA detection of MIF using GTX101162 for capture at a concentration of 5 µg/mL and GTX89535 for detection at a concentration of 1.5 µg/mL. The HRP-conjugated anti-goat IgG antibody (GTX26741) was diluted at 1:20,000-1:200,000 and used to detect the primary antibody.
