MIP1 beta antibody

WB analysis of recombinant pig MIP1 beta protein using GTX48752 MIP1 beta antibody.
Dilution : 4 μg/mL

Western blot using GeneTex's protein-A purified Anti-MIP-1 beta (CCL4) antibody shows detection of recombinant pig MIP-1 beta (CCL4) raised in yeast. The protein was purified and resolved by SDS-PAGE, then transferred to PVDF membrane. Membrane was blocked with 3% BSA , and probed with 4 μg/mL primary antibody overnight at 4ºC. After washing, membrane was probed with IRDye800 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:20,000 for 45 min at room temperature.
