MITF antibody [HL5839]

Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MITF antibody [HL5839] (GTX647157) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MITF antibody [HL5839] (GTX647157) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
