Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MRPL11 antibody [N1C3] (GTX118773) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

MRPL11 antibody [N1C3] detects MRPL11 protein at cytoplasm on human lung carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded lung carcinoma.
