MST1 (phospho Thr183) + MST2 (phospho Thr180) antibody [HL3610]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MST1 (phospho Thr183) + MST2 (phospho Thr180) antibody [HL3610] (GTX641585) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant (MST1 non-phospho peptide and MST1 (phospho Thr183) peptide) (15.63- ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with MST1 (phospho Thr183) + MST2 (phospho Thr180) antibody [HL3610] (GTX641585) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
