Store vial at -20 ºC prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20 ºC or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4ºC as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Background

MAD2L2 is a component of the mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. MAD2L2 is a homolog of MAD2L1.
